Terrible company. Installation was botched. They never had the dignity to fix it . I have waited over a year. This is the company where you pay the money, then the service goes straight to 0 stars. I dealt with Igor and Mike was the installer. It is a huge regret. I have so much as begged this company to come back, not a chance. 14 months later, not a peep.If anyone wants to see photos and screen shots of the communications, please don't hesitate to email me. This is not a stand up type of organization. Would love to share if you are considering them. I would say, friend, do yourself a favour, keep looking. If quality/aftercare matters and installation matters anyways.Still waiting.... What a joke. We ended up going to Brock windows and doors, wow what a difference. So the cheap really does end up coming out expensive in the end. I've learned a very hard lesson!

Absolutely astonished. this guy Alexy sold me on supply and installation ... now he is holding the good hostage for the entire home $36,000 until i pay him another $12,000 for installation. BE CAREFUL.

We were looking to replace our old sliding glass door with a new more energy efficient door. Alex had the best price and was quick to answer any and all questions we had. The door took about 4 weeks to come in but we were extremely happy with the finished product.

These guys replaced the majority of the windows in our home about 12 months ago. Their prices were the most competitive of all quotes we received and their installation process was seamless. We had to wait a while between ordering and installation, but it was worth it. Very pleased with the product and service. Great job, guys!

I'm so happy with my choice of hairing local company to exchange all my windows. Presented to me product was great, arrangements meet my expectations. My windows were fully exchange with the frame. The installers came on time, , did their Job and nicely clean after themselves. Windows look great with quality workmanship. Now 3 months later I can say that new windows block the street noice as well the Hause is warmer. We are giving them 5 stars because there is no more stars.

STAY AWAY!! Going with Winmax was the worst experience and mistake of my life. I have been dealing with Igor for the past year and a half to either come fix my defected window or refund me my money and all I get is excuses every time. I. So drained by this man. I have never seen such poor customer service. Everything that comes out of his mouth is a lie. Cannot be trusted. Seeking legal advice!

Great sales, service and installation!. 10 windows and a patio door were installed within 6 weeks of the down payment. These guys were not the cheapest of the 5 quotes we got but offered the best value. The installers were quick, neat and professional. We will be using their services again.

Great Job! We just had our windows installed last week and we are thoroughly impressed. At the early beginning their sales guy helped us work within our budget while still getting great windows. And then the installers came they were super professional and the work they did was amazing, and they left the spaces cleaner than they were before! All in all great experience from the estimate to the installation, definitely recommend to anyone looking for new windows.Thanks for exceeding our expectations

We hired Winmax last October to replace our windows and doors. By December of last year, they had fraudulently charged our credit card more than double the amount of the contract. To date, 7 months later, the job has still not been completed and they owe us more than $10,000. Would never trust this company
